**Is Sabbi a scam?**
No. Sabbi verifies every supplier before they're allowed to sell, holds your payment securely until your order is confirmed, and gives you a clear dispute process if anything goes wrong. We built Sabbi specifically because import scams are a real problem in Cameroon.

**Do I need experience to start importing?**
No. Sabbi's free lessons are made for complete beginners, with no jargon and no assumptions about what you already know.

**Is Sabbi available outside Buea?**
Sabbi is focused on Buea today, and we're building the brand to grow with traders across Douala, Yaoundé, and beyond as we go.

**Do I need to pay to start learning?**
No. Every beginner course is free. You only pay if you choose to place an import order.

**Are the courses really for beginners?**
Yes. Every course explains jargon the moment it comes up, and assumes no prior importing experience.

**Can I learn everything on my phone?**
Yes. Every course works on a normal smartphone, even on a slower connection.

**What if I don't understand something?**
You can ask questions in Pidgin, English, or French, and reach a real person through WhatsApp support.

**How do I pay for my order?**
You can pay with MTN MoMo or Orange Money, directly in the app. Card payment is coming soon.

**Are there hidden fees?**
No. You see the full cost in XAF before you pay, including delivery and any duties we can estimate.

**Do I have to order through Sabbi after learning?**
No. The lessons are yours to keep either way, there's no obligation to order through the app.

**How long does shipping take?**
Delivery times vary by product and shipping method, but you can track every order in real time from the app.

**What if my order doesn't arrive?**
You can open a dispute directly in the app and get a refund if your order doesn't match what you were promised.

**What happens if there's a dispute?**
You can open a dispute directly in the app. We review the order details and evidence, then work out a fair resolution: a refund, replacement, or something else.

**Is my payment protected?**
Yes. Your payment is held securely until your order is confirmed, it isn't released to the supplier the moment you pay.

## The app

Sabbi's course catalog and ordering system are used through a companion app, built as an installable web app (PWA) at https://app.sabbiapp.com. Native iOS and Android versions are planned from the same codebase. App Store and Google Play listings are not yet published; links will be added here once available.
