Refund Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

We want you to know what happens when an order does not go as expected. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how Sabbi reviews the request.

When a refund may apply

You may request a refund when an order does not ship, the delivered item is materially different from the confirmed order, or a payment was taken but the order was not accepted.

A refund is not automatic for a change of mind, delays caused by incorrect delivery details, or issues that were clearly disclosed before you confirmed the order.

How to request one

Open a dispute in the Sabbi app as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order ID, a short explanation, and useful evidence such as photos, videos, or delivery records.

If you cannot access the app, contact getsabbiapp@gmail.com with your order ID. We may ask for more information before making a decision.

Review process

We review the order record, payment status, delivery information, and relevant messages. We may contact you, the supplier, or the delivery partner to understand what happened.

We aim to respond within a reasonable time. The outcome and any approved amount will be explained in the app or by email.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear can depend on the payment provider.

A refund may cover the eligible order amount. Delivery fees, payment charges, or other amounts may be excluded when they were already incurred or are not refundable under the circumstances.

Questions

This policy does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. For help with a specific order, contact getsabbiapp@gmail.com.
