What Sabbi provides
Sabbi provides importing education, supplier and product information, ordering tools, payment support, order tracking, and customer support. Some features may vary by location, device, or availability.
Courses and guidance are designed to help you make better decisions. They do not guarantee a particular profit, supplier outcome, delivery time, exchange rate, or customs result.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Sabbi for a business, you confirm that you have authority to represent that business.
Orders and payments
An order is not confirmed until Sabbi shows confirmation in the app. Product availability, supplier acceptance, delivery, customs, and other conditions can affect an order.
You agree to pay the amount shown before confirmation and to provide accurate delivery and payment information. Refunds and disputes are handled under our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sabbi to break the law, impersonate another person, deceive suppliers or customers, interfere with the service, upload harmful code, or infringe another person's rights.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.
Content and responsibility
You keep ownership of content you submit, but give Sabbi permission to use it as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights to submit that content.
To the extent permitted by law, Sabbi is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, or outcomes caused by decisions you make using educational or supplier information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
